Today's workout was short. I had a 40 minute workout, since I have my kids' activities planned for the whole day for Halloween. Today, I am dressed up as Vision from the Avengers. All rest periods between each set was for about a minute or less. My upper body was pumped during and after the workout.

Tricep Cable Pushdowns (Pronated Grip) - 90lbs and 3 sets - 100lbs - 12 reps
