Powerlifting Training 3/24/18

I was at the 24 Hour Fitness gym in Walnut. I had a short workout, since I had to take care of my kids with their activities in the morning. The workout was less than 45 minutes. My warm up was caring my daughter for about 200 feet. Anyhow, the rest between each set was for less than a minute except for the 3 heavy sets on the deadlifts, in which my rest was about 3 minutes between sets. 

Workout

Barbell Deadlits - 3 sets - 525lbs - 5 reps
Speed Deadlifts - 3 sets - 385lbs - 6 reps
Barbell Rows - 4 sets - 275lbs - 8 reps
​Cable Pulldowns with Fat Gripz - 3 sets - 205lbs - 12 reps
