Today was a light and short session, since I had a lot of activities with the family today. I did a lot of bouncing and going up the bouncer ladder to go down the slides at Jump N Jacks in San Dimas. I had a fun time with my kids at a birthday party. Also, I got a lot of food as well, so I should be fueled up for tomorrow's workout.
