Tonight, I had a short workout, since the kids club closes at 8PM and I got there late. It was a push\pull workout, so I go what I needed from the workout. It's just too bad that I ran out of time. I'll have to make up the rest of the workout tomorrow.
I feel better today and I was surprised that I was not getting out of breath between sets.

Pause Bench Press - 275lbs - 1 rep, 3 sets - 295lbs - 2 reps, and 275lbs - 3 reps
Sumo Deadlifts - 225lbs and 275lbs - 5 reps, 365lbs, 455lbs, 505lbs, 545lbs, and 565lbs - 1 rep
