Before going to bed, I will be applying epsom salt lotion on my knees for recovery. Luckily, I found two bottles of this lotion at the 99 Cents store. I've been using it since Sunday and my knees feel better.
Bodyweight Squats - 12 reps
Barbell Squats - 45lbs, 135lbs, and 225lbs - 10 reps, 315lbs - 5 reps, and 405lbs - 2 reps
Barbell Squats - 480lbs, 545lbs, 595lbs, and 635lbs - 1 rep, and 495lbs - 8 reps
Crunches - 2 sets - 20 reps
Oblique Crunches - 2 sets - 20 reps
Lying Leg Isometric Hold - 2 sets - 30 seconds
