Powerlifting Training 5/14/18 - Deadlift Day

Tonight's training was a slow start. I waited for over 10 minutes to get a bar. I felt great before going to the gym, since I ate a lot yesterday during the Mother's Day Holiday and I ate a lot today as well. Also, I watched the Avengers Infinity Wars movie and I'm motivated after watching that film. Surprisingly, I lost some weight, but I was able to lift more today. The warm up was a lot heavier than normal, but that's how pumped I was tonight, along with the members in the gym giving me some energy as well.

Warm Up

Barbell Deadlifts - 2 sets - 275lbs - 5 reps, 365lbs - 2 reps, and 455lbs - 1 rep

Workout

Barbell Deadlifts - 520lbs and 570lbs - 1 rep, and 605lbs - 3 reps
Cybex Pulldown Machine (Supinated Grip) - 180lbs - 10 reps, 270lbs, and 2 sets - 290lbs - 5 reps
Hoist Pulldown Machine (Pronated Grip) - 260lbs - 10 reps, and 2 sets - 345lbs - 5 reps
