I did some core work last before studying and did some corrective stretching. I've been stretching throughout the day for each day this month. It's been helping out with my recovery between sessions and keeping me loose while I am not in class for Jiu Jitsu.
I wasn't sure if I was going to be working out today, since I was getting dizzy last night and this morning. I took some Emergen C last night and this morning, along with some turmeric. This morning, I started to add Cacao to my coffee as well. My wife said to go workout, so I did and took advantage of the time.
Barbell Squats - 45lbs, 135lbs, and 225lbs - 10 reps, 315lbs - 5 reps, 405lbs and 495lbs - 1 rep
Barbell Squats - 585lbs, 635lbs, and 675lbs - 1 rep
Jump Squats - 4 sets - 8 reps
Planks with Weights - 3 sets - 40lbs - 20 seconds
Hollow Body Isometrics - 3 sets - 30 seconds
Corrective Stretching - 5 minutes
Massage Stick - 5 minutes
