I was planning to go for 635lbs for reps, but I was rushed, since I got a phone call right before my second to last set. I think I could of gone for 5 or 6 reps, but the personal emergency really got to me and then I re-racked the weight really quick. Sometimes the training is never perfect, but at least I put in the work. I always believe that something is better than nothing.
Barbell Deadlifts - 45lbs, 135lbs, and 225lbs - 5 reps, 315lbs, 405lbs, and 495lbs - 1 rep
Barbell Deadlifts - 555lbs - 1 rep and 600lbs - 3 reps
Jump Squats - 5 sets - 5 reps
One Legged Planks - 4 sets - 20 seconds
Body Hollow Isometrics - 3 sets - 30 seconds
